Properties:

lDOWELLZYM BOM is a cleaning enzyme,gives a mild, even bating effect without loose grain in the belly area.

lDOWELLZYM BOM increases area yield , increases softness , fullness and elasticity.

lDOWELLZYM BOM reduces/ eliminates growth marks.

lDOWELLZYM BOM removes the scuds, provides a clean and pale, uniform hide/skin pelt.

lDOWELLZYM BOM gives tightness grain,uniform nubuck with short piles and little part difference.

lDOWELLZYM BOM increases tear strength of final leather and more suitable for thicker pelts. 


Application:

lDOWELLZYM BOM can be applied in a fresh float after deliming or added 20-60 minutes later directly after deliming agent, without dissolution.

lThe pH should be adjusted at the range of 7.0-9.0. The suitable temperature is 30-38°C. Higher the temperature, stronger the bating effects will be. In order to make the grain to obtain mild and uniform softening effect, the bating temperature should be adjusted lower in the range of 30-32°C and the running time longer to bate the grain mildly.

lThe dosage of DOWELLZYM BOM depends on the raw materials and the leather types.

Safety:

Enzyme is a kind of protein, contact may cause anaphylactic reaction; avoid breathing dust and contact with skin. If splashed into eyes, immediately wash with plenty of water.

Storage:

This product has a shelf life of 2 years if it is stored in its tightly sealed original packaging at temperature below 25℃. Bags should be tightly resealed each time after material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened. Non-dangerous chemical.
