Properties:

lDOWELLZYM AHS can be applied for acid bating of hides and skins (after normal bating), for bating of pickled pelts, wet-blues and the vegetable-synthetic crust leathers.

lDOWELLZYM AHS can greatly improve softness, fullness and fineness of grain.

lDOWELLZYM AHS can mildly loose the fiber without looseness in the belly.

lDOWELLZYM AHS can impart an excellent degree of feel. A very significant increase in the surface area yield is obtained.

Application:

lDOWELLZYM AHS can be used for bating of pickled pelts, wet-blues and the vegetable-synthetic crust leathers by adding directly in powder form at the range of pH 4.5-7.0.

lBating of Fur-leather garment.

After wetting back fully, adjust pH to 4.5-7 and then add DOWELLZYM AHS for bating. The dosage of DOWELLZYM AHS and the duration of action depend on the degree of softness required. Suggested dosage is 2-4g/L.

lBating in pickling:

At the beginning of pickling, adjust pH to 4.5-6.5 and then treat with DOWELLZYM AHS. The temperature should not exceed 35℃. Add acid to adjust pH of the float to meet the pickling requirements after bating.

DOWELLZYM AHS can also be applied on the pickled pelts which have been bated insufficiently or become too dry after prolong storage and to remove wrinkles. Add the pickled pelts into 6-7°Be common salt float, adjust pH to 4.5-7.0.

 Add DOWELLZYM AHS for acid bating and the temperature is 30-35℃.     Add acid to adjust pH of the float to meet the pickling requirements after bating.

Suggest dosage of DOWELLZYM AHS is 1-6g/L. The duration of action depend on the degree of softness required.

Safety:

Enzyme is a kind of protein, contact may cause anaphylactic reaction; avoid breathing dust and contact with skin. If splashed into eyes,immediately wash with plenty of water.

This product has a shelf life of 2 years if it is stored in its tightly sealed original packaging at temperature below 25℃.
