Core Responsibilities

Research and development innovation: Continuously cooperate with Dowell's R&D department to develop new pigment paste products, explore the effects of different materials and environments on the performance of pigment paste, improve the weather resistance, brightness, and color stability of pigment paste, and meet the market's demand for high-quality and high-performance pigment paste.

Accurate color matching: Based on the color samples or codes provided by customers, advanced multi dimensional color matching systems and rich color matching experience are used to quickly and accurately mix pigment pastes that meet the requirements, ensuring color consistency and customer satisfaction.

Color trend research: closely monitor domestic and international color trends, analyze market color preferences, provide forward-looking color suggestions for product design and development, and lead color trends.

Technical support and service: Provide customers with comprehensive product technical consultation, product testing, on-site guidance, and after-sales service to ensure that pigment paste products achieve the best results during use.
