Properties:
lDOWELLAN DG-B has good ability of penetrating, wetting, emulsifying and deep degreasing.
lIt ensures better and uniform penetration of subsequent addition of chemicals materials.
lIt prevents formation of chromium soap and fatty strips on the grain surface.
Application:
lDOWELLAN DG-B can be used for soaking, liming, softening and other processes of raw material leather preparation section.
lIt is also recommended for wetting back and degreasing of wet blues.
lRecommended amounts(based on wet salted hide weight):
Degreasing of pig skins and sheep skins: 1%-1.5%; DOWELLAN DG-B together with 1%-2% sodium carbonate to get better degreasing effect.
Soaking, liming, bating and the degreasing of wet blue: 0.5%-1.0%
Packing:
120L plastic drum
Storage:
1 year storage in sealed original package at 5-35℃. Avoid long-time exposure in the sunlight or freezing environment. Drums should be tightly resealed each time, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened. The ambient temperature changes may slightly influence the appearance of this product. It is suggested to stir this product well before using. Non-dangerous chemical.
