DOWELLZYM FM-60 (for fur)


DOWELLZYM FM-60 is a special bioactive substance which can hydrolyze protein.

Appearance:       Light yellow to light brown liquid

pH (10%) :         1.0-3.0


Properties:

lThe best pH range is 3.0 ~3.5.

lDOWELLZYM FM-60 slackens hide structure gently and has good permeability.

lNo damage to hair and no loosening of hair roots.

lThe fur is soft and has good extensibility.

lAdding tanning agents such as aluminum, chromium or aldehydes can inhibit the action of DOWELLZYM FM-60.


Application:

lDOWELLZYM FM-60 can be used for bating and pickling process of mink skin, yellow wolf skin, flesh skin and green root mink skin, and oxidation blackening and pickling process of mink skin.

lSuggested dosage is 1-4ml/L.

lUse temperature and bating time can be adjusted according to the variety of fur.

Storage:

1 year storage in sealed original package at 5-35℃. Drums should be tightly resealed each time after material is taken out from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened. The ambient temperature changes may slightly influences the appearance of this product. It is suggested to stir this product well before using. Direct contact with this product may irritate skin and mucous membrane, rinse with running water if contacted with skin. Non-dangerous chemical.
