Properties:

lDOWELLTAN T10 is an amphoteric acrylic polymers based retanning agent.

lIt can remarkably improve the tightness of the leather and therefore particularly suitable for retanning loose structured hides & skins such as sheep skins.

lIt can improve the absorption of dyes and fatliquors when used in later stage of fatliquoring process. Amphoteric charge will allows the application in every stages of tanning,retanning and fatliquoring process.

lExcellent light resistance and heat resistance.

Application: 

lDOWELLTAN T10 is used for retanning sheep skin garment leathers to obtain a very fine grain and minimize double layer and looseness of the grain.              

lDOWELLTAN T10 can be used for cow shoe upper leather,suggest to use in the retanning stage after neutralizing；It can improve the absorption of dyes and fatliquors when used at the end of dyeing & fatliquoring process. It can also improve the depth of the shade. This effect is an advantage when processing wet white based synthetic/vegetable tanned leathers.     

lDOWELLTAN T10 can be mixed with water in any proportion,suggest to use 3-4 times water to dilute it prior use and normal dosage is 2%-4% based on shaved weight.

Storage:

1 year storage in sealed original package at 5-35℃. Avoid long-time exposure in sunlight or freezing environment. Drums should be tightly resealed each time after material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened. The change in ambient temperature may slightly influence the appearance of this product. It is suggested to stir this product well before using. Non-dangerous chemical.
