Properties:

lDOWELLOR HF gives very good softness and a pleasant surface feel.

lDOWELLOR HF has very good penetration and excellent emulsion stability.

lDOWELLOR HF also improves the stability, fixation and exhaustion of other fatliquoring agents used in the main fatliquoring mixture, therefore, the risk of oil spue formation will be reduced substantially.

lDue to its excellent stability with neutral salts and acids, DOWELLOR HF can be also used in prefatliquoring in pre-tanning stage.

lGood light fastness.

Application:

lRecommended amounts (based on shaved weight).

Main fatliquoring:                 3%-10%

Fatliquoring before chrome retanning:  0.5%-1%

lPreparation of Emulsion: DOWELLOR HF can be emulsified with four times hot water at 60℃ before adding in to the drum or can be added directly into drum.

Storage:

1 year storage in sealed original package at 5-35℃.Avoid long-time exposure in sunlight or freezing condition. Drums should be tightly resealed each time after material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened. The change in ambient temperature may slightly influence the appearance of this product. It may freeze in the freezing environment. It is suggested to stir this product well before using. Non-dangerous chemical.
