Properties:
lDOWELLON PCA is a mixture of special materials and non swelling acid, which can reduce the amount of salt and acids use in pickling process. It can reduce the chrome offer by improving the efficiency of the chrome exhaustion, penetration, uniform distribution and fixation of chrome during the tanning process.
Application:
lThe percentage of DOWELLON PCA normally offer is 1.5%-2% (based on lime pelt weight) together with half the amount of conventional offer of salt & sulphuric acid. Before the addition of chrome run the drum at least for 120 minutes and follow the normal chrome tanning process.

Storage:
1 year storage in sealed original package at 5-35℃.Drums should be tightly resealed each time after material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened. It may form slight deposits if the product has been stored for a long time, but its properties will not be changed. It is suggested to stir this product well before using. Direct contact with this product may irritate skin and mucous membrane,rinse with running water when contact with skin.Non-dangerous chemical.
