Properties:

lDOWELLATOL CD can effectively clear the formaldehyde in the leather. The use of spray treatment, the best removal of formaldehyde.

lDOWELLATOL CD is suitable for chrome-free tanned leather and chrome leather retanned with amino resin retanning agent, formaldehyde-containing synthetic tanning agent.

lNo matter the way of spraying or adding into the drum, DOWELLATOL CD basically does not affect the color of the leather.

Application:

lFormaldehyde scavenger: water = 1:2-5, formulated as an aqueous solution, Spray on the flesh layer of leather. The dosage of DOWELLATOL CD depends on the formaldehyde content and it can effectively clear the formaldehyde.

lFor the formaldehyde removal of chrome-free tanned leather in the drum, it is suggested that formaldehyde scavenger is added for 30min before adding formic acid in the dying and fatliquoring processes. Suggested dosage: 1.0-3.0%

lFor the formaldehyde removal of chrome leather retanned with amino resin retanning agent, formaldehyde-containing synthetic tanning agent in the drum, it is suggested that formaldehyde scavenger is added after the dying, fatliquoring and washing processes for 40min. Then no longer washing process. Suggested dosage: 1.0-3.0%.
