Properties:
lDOWELLATOL DB cleans the microbial spot on the surface of wet blue.
lDOWELLATOL DB can partly remove scuds, natural pigments dirt, rusty spot and chromium stains from wet blue surface.
Application:
lWet back the crust, add formic acid and oxalic acid to adjust pH to 2.5-3.0, and then add DOWELLATOL DB, run for 90min, add sodium thiosulphate or sodium metabisulphite and run for 30 min. Drain & wash thoroughly. Alternatively it is possible to add DOWELLATOL DB first, run for 10min, add acid to adjust pH to 2.5-3.0 and run for 90min; add sodium thiosulphate or sodium metabisulphite and run for 30 min. Drain & wash thoroughly.
lDo not mix DOWELLATOL DB with acid. Avoid inhaling the gas produced during the cleaning process.
lIt is suggested to use 0.5%-6.0% DOWELLATOL DB according to the condition of wet blue and extent of cleanness required.
Packing:
120L plastic drum
Storage:
1 year storage in sealed original package at 5-35℃. Avoid long-time exposure in the sunlight, cold or moist environment and keep away from fire. Drums should be tightly resealed each time, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened. Avoid contact or storage with acid and reducing agents.
