Properties:

lDOWELLZYM BOS is a bating agent based on pancreatic enzymes without ammonium salt.

lDOWELLZYM BOS is active between pH 7 and 9.

lDOWELLZYM BOS gently opens up the fibre structure, ensures a very good scud loosening and contributes to an elastic, tight and fine grain pattern.

lDOWELLZYM BOS is suitable for the production of leather with tight and fine elastic grain surface.


Application:

lDOWELLZYM BOS is added, undissolved, 20-60minutes after the deliming agents.

lThe pH should be adjusted to 7.0~9.0 and the temperature to 30~37℃. The higher the temperature, the stronger the bating effects will be. For a uniform bating effect with gentle treatment of the grain, the bating temperature should be adjusted usually at the range of 30-32℃.

Safety:

Enzyme is a kind of protein, contact may cause anaphylactic reaction; avoid breathing dust and contact with skin. If splashed into eyes, immediately wash with plenty of water.

Storage:

This product has a shelf life of 2 years if it is stored in its tightly sealed original packaging at temperature below 25℃. Bags should be tightly resealed each time after material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened. Non-dangerous chemical.
