Properties:

lDOWELLAN DG-NH is an efficient, excellent and environmental friendly nonionic degreasing agent. It has good penetrating, wetting, emulsifying and degreasing performance. It is especially suitable for raw hides high in fat content.

lDOWELLAN DG-NH has extensive applicability. It can be applied to soaking, liming, deliming, bating and pickling process. It is able to obtain depth, uniform, high efficiency degreasing effect.

lDOWELLAN DG-NH has low foaming performance, easy cleaning and does not affect biochemical treatment.

Application:

lDOWELLAN DG-NH is recommended for using in beamhouse process of all kinds of raw hides and skins, especially the ones with high fat content. It is also recommended for wetting and degreasing of wet blue.

lApplication examples:

Soaking/liming: 0.2%-0.6% (based on wet salted hide weight)

Degreasing of pig skins: 0.5%-1.0% (based on wet salted hide weight)

Degreasing of sheep skins after bating process: 2-4% (based on pelt weight)

Degreasing of pickling sheep skins: 3%-5% (based on pelt weight)

Pickling: 0.3-0.5% (based on pelt weight)

Packing:

       120L plastic drum

Storage:

1 year storage in sealed original package at 5-35℃. Avoid long-time exposure in the sunlight of freezing environment. Drum should be tightly resealed each time after material is taken out from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened. The ambient temperature changes may slightly influences the appearance of this product. If it is frozen below 0℃, it can be restored to its original state by heating to 10-20℃. It is suggested to stir this product well before using. Non-dangerous chemical.
