Properties:
lDOWELLAN SAE has excellent performance about wetting, dispersing and emulsifying performance.
Application:
lDOWELLAN SAE can be applied in soaking, liming, deliming, bating and wet-back of blue skin process. It can be also applied in enzyme pasting and lime painting to accelerate water absorption and improve penetration of chemicals.
lThe combination with degreasing agent, soaking enzyme and lipaseDOWELLAN SAE can enhance the effect of degreasing and soaking. The effect of accelerating soaking and degreasing is more obvious especially for the leather with high fat content as pig and sheep skin.
lIn the liming process, DOWELLAN SAE can improve the cleanliness of liming.
lDOWELLAN SAE has excellent emulsifying performance, it can improve the stability of fatliquor emulsion.
lRecommended amount(based on wet-salted weight):
Soaking: Rapid (30-32℃, 4-6 h) 0.4%-0.5%;
Normal (20-25℃,1-2days) 0.2%-0.5%.
Adding DOWELLIT ME(0.10%-0.15%) will perform better preservative effect when soaking process.
Liming: 3-6g/L.
Packing:
120L plastic drum
Storage:
1 year storage in sealed original package at 5-35℃. Drums should be tightly resealed each time, and the product should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened. Non-dangerous chemical.
