Properties:
lDOWELLAN SPH has good wetting and grease-emulsifying abilities; it can be used at pH between 6 and 13.
lIt dissolves the dirt effectively in keeping pH of the float stable.
lIt is stable to hard water. It is compatible with DOWELLZYM range of enzymes.
Application:
lDOWELLAN SPH is used in soaking, enzyme unhairing, enzyme coating, lime pasting and liming to accelerate water absorption and improve penetration of other chemicals.
lThe dosage of DOWELLAN SPH depends on the temperature, time and the condition of the raw hides and skins.
lRecommended amount (based on wet-salted weight):
Soaking: Rapid soaking (30℃-32℃,4-6h) 0.4%-0.6%;
Normal soaking (20℃-25℃,1-2days) 0.2%-0.4%.
lUsing DOWELLAN SPH in soaking process together with DOWELLIT bactericide will accelerate soaking with good preserving effect.
lEnzyme coating and lime coating: 3-6g/L.
lLiming: 0.1%－0.2% DOWELLAN SPH improves the penetration of liming auxiliaries and helps to loosen hair roots.

Storage:
1 year storage in sealed original package at 5-35℃. Avoid long-time exposure in the sunlight or freezing environment. Bags should be tightly resealed each time material is taken from it, and the contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened. Non-dangerous chemical.
