Properties:

lDOWELLAN SWA has good ability of wetting,dispersing and grease-emulsifying.


Application:

lDOWELLAN SWA is recommended for soaking, liming, deliming, bating and wetting of wet blue. It can be also used in enzyme pasting and lime painting to accelerate water absorption and improve penetration of chemicals.

lDOWELLAN SWA has good ability of emulsifying and degreasing, especially with the help of nonionic degreasing agent such as DOWELLAN DT. It is highly recommended for soaking and degreasing of high natural grease containing skins such as pig skins and sheep skins.

lUse of DOWELLAN SWA together with a DOWELLZYM soaking enzyme will perform better in degreasing and accelerate soaking.

lUse of DOWELLAN SWA in liming process will result in cleaner lime pelts.

lDOWELLAN SWA can be used for improving the stability of fatliquor emulations.

lRecommended amount (based on wet-salted/ wet blue weight):

   Soaking: 0.2%-0.5%.

   Liming: 0.3%-0.5%.

   Wetting of wet blue: 0.3%-0.5%.

   fatliquoring: 0.5%-1.0%.


Packing:

120L plastic drum


Storage:

1 year storage in sealed original package at 5-35℃. Avoid long-time exposure in the sunlight or freezing environment. Drums should be tightly resealed each time material is taken from it, and the contents should be used up as soon as possible after the drums have been opened. Non-dangerous chemical.
