DOWELLAN SWE is a compound surfactant, free of APEO.
Chemical & Physical Data:
Appearance: Colorless to yellowish liquid
pH(10%) : 6.0~9.0
Charge: Anionic
Properties:
1. Excellent permeability, wetability and dispersion.
2. It can emulsify natural oil and effectively dissolve all kinds of dirt.
3. It is stable to hard water and can be used at pH between 6 and 13.
Application:
1. It can be used in the process of soaking, enzyme coating, lime coating, liming, deliming, bating and wetback.
2. Because of the special formula of DOWELLAN SWE, it can accelerate the soaking process, improve the uniformity of water soaking, and enhance the degreasing effect by using the presoaking and main soaking.
3. Using in the liming process, it can make the liming material permeate quickly and evenly, and improve the cleanliness of the pelt.
4. Application examples:
soaking/liming/rebating of wet blue:0.2-0.5%.
Packing:
120L plastic drum
Storage:
1 year storage in sealed original package at 5-35℃, avoid long-time exposure in sunlight or freezing environment. After each use, the drums should be sealed again, the products should be used up as soon as possible after the drums have been opened. With change of ambient temperature the appearance of this product may be changed slightly. It is suggested to stir this product well before using. None-dangerous chemical.
