Properties:

lDOWELLZYM HKE is recommended to be used in soaking, degreasing, liming and bating process.

lHydrolyzing & dispersing of fat to ensure more homogeneous degreasing.

lResultant leathers are more uniform in colour and even dye uptake.

lImprove the nap and level dyeing of split suede leathers.

lIncreases tear strength & tensile strength of the final leather.

Application:

lDOWELLZYM HKE is a multifunctional enzyme agent, which can be used in soaking, liming and bating without dissolving.

lIt is usually used together with soaking enzyme.

lWhen combined with liming enzyme in liming, it is added after running with other liming chemicals such as sodium carbonate, Sodium sulphide lime, in order to reduce the influence of other liming chemicals on the enzyme activity.

lIn degreasing, DOWELLZYM HKE can be added with sodium carbonate, in order to remove grease from high grease containing skins such as pig skin, sheep skin. If surface active agent is used, it is recommended to add DOWELLZYM HKE first and then add surface active agent.

lThe dosage of DOWELLZYM HKE depends on the type of skin and application conditions.

Enzyme is a kind of protein, contact may cause anaphylactic reaction; avoid breathing dust and contact with skin. If splashed into eyes, immediately wash with plenty of water.

Storage:

This product has a shelf life of 2 years if it is stored in its tightly sealed original packaging at temperature below 25℃.
