Properties:

lImprove the opening up of collagen fibre bundles, ring protein and polysaccharide to give softer and fuller leather.

lRemove the scurfs and natural pigmentation to give a clean & brighter grain surface.

lRemove hair roots and reduce the growth marks.

lShorten the liming time, reduce the dosage of sodium sulphide, and lime requirement.

lImprove the flatness, fineness of the grain surface & tear strength.

lPromote uniformity of lime distribution and penetration because of the increase in solubility & suspending stability of lime thus produce cleaner waste water discharge from the process.

lPoorly cured or putrefied hides should be carefully treated with appropriate percentage of DOWELLZYM LM.


Application:

lDOWELLZYM LM is mainly used in liming, reliming and paint liming of cattle hides, pig skin, goat skin and sheep skin with high fat content.

lDOWELLZYM LM can be added directly to the liming float without dissolving. After the addition drum should be run at least for 30 minutes in order to distribute enzyme more evenly.

lFor lime painting, DOWELLZYM LM should be mixed very well in lime solution and then add the balance quantity of lime to the required level of viscosity in lime painting mixture.

lThe lime painting solution with LM should be used over as soon as possible.

Safety:

Enzyme is a kind of protein, contact may cause anaphylactic reaction; avoid breathing dust and contact with skin. If splashed into eyes, immediately wash with plenty of water.

Storage:

This product has a shelf life of 2 years if it is stored in its tightly sealed original packaging at temperature below 25℃. Bags should be tightly resealed each time after material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened. Non-dangerous chemical.
