Properties:

lDOWELLZYM LS is a liming enzyme especially for sheep and goat skins. It improves the efficiency of liming and re-liming processes.

lOpen collagen bundles of polysaccharide, make protein fiber fully loose and scattered resulting soft and full leather.

lEffectively Loosen hair root, epidermis, natural pigments; clean the skin surface, remove/reduce the wrinkles and growth marks, noticeably change the grain structure, improve the area yield.

lEffectively increase lime solubility and suspension stability, which shortens the liming time, promote uniformity of liming.

lIt is possible to reduce the dosage of sulfide, lime and other related auxiliaries used in liming process by using DOWELLZYM LS.

lUsing DOWELLZYM LS together with DOWELLZYM S2 (in soaking) and DOWELLZYM OS (in bating) are recommended for lime-free clean technology process of sheep skin. There is no need to pickle the skins or use solvents such as kerosene in degrease process to achieving low fat content. It is possible to eliminate use of lime completely, shorten the processing time, and improve the tear strength of leather by using DOWELLZYM LS.

lDOWELLZYM S2 combined with DOWELLZYM LS and DOWELLZYM OS will help to achieve low carbon foot print requirement in lime-free clean technology process.

 

Application:

lDOWELLZYM LS is mainly used in liming and re-liming process of sheep and goat skins. It can be used on its own for sheep skins. Using DOWELLZYM LS together with NOWOLASE XL (in alkali pasting for the back born area) gives much more even liming effect.

lDOWELLZYM LS reduces neck wrinkles and growth marks, helps to maintain regular-shape pelts of Goat & Sheep skins after liming.  

lDOWELLZYM LS can be directly added without diluting with water. It is suggested to add DOWELLZYM LS after alkali sulfide and lime running for 1-3 hours and run for 30-60 min to make sure that DOWELLZYM LS distributed completely in the float and on timer run O/N.


Safety:

Enzyme is a kind of protein, contact may cause anaphylactic reaction; avoid breathing dust and contact with skin. If splashed into eyes,immediately wash with plenty of water.

Storage:

This product has a shelf life of 2 years if it is stored in its tightly sealed original packaging at temperature below 25℃. Bags should be tightly resealed each time after material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened. Non-dangerous chemical.
