Properties:

lDOWELLZYM BOL is a cleaning enzyme,gives a mild opening up of fibre structure and even bating effect without causing a problem of loose grain in the belly areas.

lDOWELLZYM BOL increases the area yield, increases softness, fullness and other leather properties because it has synergetic effect of several enzymes.

lDOWELLZYM BOL reduces the variation of different areas, eliminates growth marks.

lDOWELLZYM BOL loosens up the scurfs, provides a clean and pale coloured pelts.

Application:

lDOWELLZYM BOL can be applied in a fresh float after deliming or added 20-60 minutes later directly after deliming agent, without dissolution.

lThe pH should be adjusted to 7.0-9.0 and the temperature to 30-38°C. The higher the temperature, the stronger the bating effects will be. In order to make the grain to obtain mild and uniform softening effect, the bating temperature should be adjusted usually at the range of 30-32°C.

lThe dosage of DOWELLZYM BOL depends on the raw hides and the leather type.

Storage:

This product has a shelf life of 2 years if it is stored in its tightly sealed original packaging at temperature below 25℃.
