Properties:
lDOWELLZYM FJ is an enzyme preparation which has a strong ability to decompose meat proteins and lime yard solid wastes such as limed fleshing, trimmings and other wastes produced during leather tanning process.
lUsing of DOWELLZYM FJ makes it easier to deal with the collagen, natural oil, fat & grease, meat proteins in the solid waste treatment process and reduces the burden of disposing solid wastes.
Application:
lDOWELLZYM FJ should be applied in Suggested pH range approx. pH 9.5, at temperature 55℃. The dosage of DOWEEZYM FJ is 1% based on the weight of solid waste in a float of 50% of water. The collagen, oil, meat residue and other waste can be completely decomposed after drumming for 90 to 120 minutes. The decomposed paste can be mixed with other waste water from the tannery and treat through the central waste water treatment plant in the normal way.
Safety:
Enzyme is a kind of protein, contact may cause anaphylactic reaction; avoid breathing dust and contact with skin. If splashed into eyes, immediately wash with plenty of water.

Storage:
This product has a shelf life of 2 years if it is stored in its tightly sealed original packaging at temperature below 25℃. Bags should be tightly resealed each time after material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened. Non-dangerous chemical.
