Properties:
lDOWELLTAN 618 has good consistency which can be used in many different process and also use together with other tanning agent,dyes and fatliquor is OK.
lDOWELLTAN 618 has many reactive groups which can have a strong binding with collagen in leather fibers thus improve the softness & fullness of leather remarkably.
lWhen used before pre-tanning, DOWELLTAN 618 can improve grain tightness and level dyeing. It facilitates absorption and penetration of chrome resulting in less chrome content left in the exhausted float after pre-tanning.
lWhen used after neutralization, DOWELLTAN 618 imparts leather with excellent softness and fullness.
lDOWELLTAN 618 also has a strong dispersing effect on natural fat & fatliquoring agents when used in the main fatliquoring stage.
lGood light resistance.

lIn general, calculated on the shaved weight
1-1.5% DOWELLTAN 618 is used as pre-tanning agent；
2-4% DOWELLTAN 618 is used as retanning agent.

Storage:
1 year storage in sealed original package at 5-35℃. Avoid long-time exposure in the sunlight or freezing environment. Drums should be tightly resealed each time after material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened. Non-dangerous chemical.
