Properties:

lDOWELLICAL DLA is an environmental friendly deliming agent, free of ammonium salt.

lDOWELLICAL DLA removes the absorbed and bonded lime completely to give a completely deliming effect by forming a water-soluble complex with calcium.

lDOWELLICAL DLA does not cause sharp drop in pH due to its good buffering ability.

lDOWELLICAL DLA has a good penetration power and suitable for the deliming both unsplit & lime split pelts. Pelts delimed with DOWELLICAL DLA give a clean smooth grain and light pale colour.

lDOWELLICAL DLA can remove residual sulfide in lime pelts without a risk of liberating toxic hydrogen sulfide gas.

Application:

lAccording to the final requirement, thickness and deliming extent required, the dosage may vary from 1.2%-2.0% DOWELLICAL DLA in one or two additions.

lIt can be used together with ammonium salt in low ammonium deliming process. Once the required deliming extent is achieved, bating enzyme can be added in to the same float or in a new float and start normal bating process.
