Properties:
lStrong and rapid deliming effect.
lDOWELLICAL DLB imparts leather a fine, tight and smooth grain which is particularly important for sheep skin and calf skin leathers.
lRemove the absorbed and bonded lime completely to achieve highly efficient deliming effect.
lDoes not cause sharp drop in pH due to its good buffering ability.
lGood penetration power, suitable for the deliming of split or un-split limed pelt.
lDelimed pelt will have a light colour, clean, smooth and fine grain.
Application:
lThe product is especially suitable for rapid and complete deliming. According to the end use, pelt thickness and extent of deliming required, the amount of DOWELLICAL DLB used can varies from 1.2% to 2.0% in one or two steps additions.
lIt can also be used together with ammonium salt to economize the process. Once the required deliming effect is achieved, bating enzyme can be added to the same float or in a new float and start bating in normal way.
