Properties:

lDOWELLZYM FE is used in acid conditions for bating fur leathers, and its optimum pH value is 3.0-5.0.

lDOWELLZYM FE has high acid activity, and its dosage can be appropriately optimized.

lDOWELLZYM FE gently loosen the skin structure, make fur more softer and fuller with better elasticity thus promote the absorption of tanning materials and make dyeing more even.


Application:

lDOWELLZYM FE can be used for bating fur in pickling process. It can be used for re-bating of pickled pelts and tanned fur.

lIn normal pickling: 0.5 to 3 g/L DOWELLZYM FE is recommended to be added. The dosage of the enzyme depends on the type and conditions of fur.

lRe-bating of pickled pelts and tanned fur: After the leather was thoroughly washed with water, the reference suggestions were as follows: adjusting the pH value of the bath solution to 3-5, the enzyme dosage to 2-4g/L and the temperature to 40-50℃. It is suggested to determine the dosage and conditions by experiments in advance.


Safety:

Enzyme is a kind of protein, contact may cause anaphylactic reaction; avoid breathing dust and contact with skin. If splashed into eyes, immediately wash with plenty of water.

Storage:

This product has a shelf life of 2 years if it is stored in its tightly sealed original packaging at temperature below 25℃. Bags should be tightly resealed each time after material is taken from them, and their contents should be used up as soon as possible after they have been opened. Non-dangerous chemical.
